As a motor courier, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring that millions of parcels reach their destinations safely and on time. Responsibilities
- Pick‑Up Coordination: Collect parcels from sellers or customers within the assigned zone, verify the quantity and condition against system data, and handle any discrepancies with professionalism.
- Timely Delivery: Transport packages to the recipient’s address, adhering to delivery windows. Contact recipients via phone or WhatsApp when additional instructions are needed.
- Sorting & Route Planning: Inspect labels, addresses, and package integrity before dispatch. Organize parcels into logical delivery sequences to maximize efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
- Real‑Time Status Updates: Scan barcodes using the J&T mobile application, accurately recording each status change—delivered, failed delivery, or received.
- Package Security: Maintain full responsibility for parcels throughout the delivery cycle, preventing loss, theft, or damage.
- Cash‑On‑Delivery (COD) Handling: Collect COD payments from customers, provide receipts, and remit the cash to the company following established procedures.
- Target Achievement & SOP Compliance: Meet daily delivery quotas, follow company Standard Operating Procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer Service Excellence: Represent J&T with a courteous attitude, resolve minor issues on‑site, and escalate complex matters to the dispatch team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21‑40 years (maximum 40 years).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Valid motorcycle license (C) and a well‑maintained motorcycle.
- Strong sense of orientation and ability to read maps or use navigation apps.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable using smartphones and the J&T delivery app.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to handle cash securely and accurately.
- Physical stamina to load and unload parcels throughout the workday.
