Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers, distributors, and customers, to create a reliable sales pipeline.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell a diversified range of products, tailoring the value proposition to each customer’s unique needs.
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys and feasibility studies to assess the creditworthiness and purchase potential of prospective customers.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and after‑sales support.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and achieve quarterly targets.
- Participate in regular field visits, product training sessions, and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up on leads.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to overall revenue growth.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) from any discipline.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current posting).
- Experience: 0–2 years preferred in sales, marketing, or related customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (SIM C) for field visits and customer outreach.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
