Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the J&T Express hub and deliver them to residential or commercial addresses within the designated northern Surabaya area.
- Verify package integrity and recipient signatures using the J&T mobile application on an Android smartphone.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to meet the 08:00‑17:00 service window, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and any delivery exceptions (e.g., unavailable recipient, damaged goods).
- Perform routine checks of the motorcycle, including fuel level, tire pressure, and basic safety equipment, and report any maintenance needs to the operations supervisor.
- Provide courteous customer service, answering basic inquiries about delivery status and handling small parcel issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with fellow couriers and hub staff to ensure smooth hand‑offs and to share insights on traffic patterns or delivery challenges.
- Adhere to J&T Express safety protocols, including the use of helmets, reflective gear, and compliance with local traffic laws.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; applicants of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.

- Driving Experience: No prior professional experience required; a valid motorcycle license is mandatory.
