Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal product placement in stores.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Coordinate with product development, visual merchandising, and inventory teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Mentor junior sales and marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Organize and oversee in‑store events, pop‑up shops, and fashion shows that drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data, segment audiences, and personalize outreach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations throughout all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Age range: 20‑30 years.
- Proven experience (at least 1‑2 years) in retail or fashion sales and marketing.
- Strong command of social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personable and persuasive demeanor.
- Highly disciplined, honest, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated with a strong initiative for achieving sales targets (target‑oriented).
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
