Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Kurir Motoris to join our dynamic delivery team serving the Jakarta Barat, Timur, Utara, and Selatan regions. As a courier, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that pharmaceutical products and other essential items reach pharmacies and clients safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver goods and products according to daily orders while strictly adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Standby at designated pharmacies, awaiting incoming orders and preparing for immediate dispatch.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each delivery, including timestamps, recipient signatures, and any incident reports.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using navigation tools to maximize efficiency and meet tight delivery windows.
- Inspect the condition of the motorbike and ensure it is road‑worthy, performing basic maintenance checks before each shift.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch supervisors regarding any delays, traffic issues, or customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate a strong orientation toward meeting and exceeding daily and weekly delivery targets.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely when required, and submit receipts promptly.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 45 years or younger; preference given to candidates within this range.
- Gender: Male (as per operational requirements).
- Valid and active SIM C driving license.
- Own a reliable motorcycle with proper insurance and registration.
- High mobility and willingness to work in various field locations across Jakarta’s western, eastern, northern, and southern districts.
- Flexibility to work 6‑day shifts, with the ability to adapt to varying daily schedules and occasional overtime.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with pharmacy staff and customers.
- Quick adaptation to changing routes, order volumes, and technology tools (e.g., delivery apps, GPS).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a target‑driven mindset.
- Willingness to accept either daily or regular (regular‑shift) employment arrangements.
