Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Sistem HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician) to join our dynamic facilities management team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive installation, routine maintenance, and timely repair of HVAC systems, including air‑conditioners, chillers, and ventilation units.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of split‑type AC, VRV/VRF, chiller, and AHU (Air Handling Unit) equipment to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Monitor system performance metrics, calibrate controls, and adjust settings to maintain energy efficiency and operational reliability.
- Document all service activities, generate detailed technical reports, and update maintenance logs in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop preventive‑maintenance plans and support large‑scale installation projects.
- Provide on‑site technical assistance to clients, explain system functionality, and recommend upgrades or enhancements when appropriate.
- Adhere to safety regulations, use personal protective equipment, and ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation to address emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge through training, certifications, and staying current with emerging HVAC technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as per client specifications).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing issues in AC Split, VRV/VRF, chiller, and AHU systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical schematics and control diagrams.
- Excellent teamwork abilities while also being capable of working independently on field assignments.
- Willingness to work on-site at various client locations throughout the week.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVACR, Refrigeration, or similar) are a plus.
