Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Representative for Merchant EDC (Electronic Data Capture) devices to operate in the Kabupaten Pamekasan area. This role focuses on expanding our network of small and medium‑sized enterprises (UMKM) by introducing them to reliable, secure, and user‑friendly payment terminals. The successful candidate will be the face of our brand in the field, responsible for generating new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with merchants, and consistently meeting daily sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled visits to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC solutions.
- Achieve a daily sales quota of 2‑3 new EDC units by effectively demonstrating product features and handling objections.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants through cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Provide on‑site product training and post‑sale support to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence, report competitor activities, and suggest actionable improvements to marketing and product teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and territory coverage.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, warranties, and client communications in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and technical support teams to coordinate device delivery, installation, and maintenance schedules.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and compliance with local regulations throughout all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or consumer electronics.
- Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel across the territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse merchant owners.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and proposing strategic adjustments.
- Flexibility to work a six‑day schedule (Monday – Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Open to all genders; age is not a limiting factor as long as the candidate meets the performance expectations.
