We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Kurir Pengiriman (Delivery Couriers). As a courier, you will be the face of J&T Express, ensuring that parcels reach customers quickly, safely, and with a friendly smile. Responsibilities
- Collect packages from the warehouse and verify their contents against shipping documents.
- Deliver parcels to customers at the exact address indicated on each consignment, handling items with care.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes using a smartphone navigation app to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit timely reports to the warehouse supervisor, including any delivery exceptions or customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering basic inquiries, obtaining signatures when required, and representing the J&T brand positively.
- Inspect the condition of your delivery vehicle daily, reporting any maintenance needs to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist with occasional pickup requests, ensuring that outbound shipments are correctly prepared for the next leg of the journey.
- Adapt quickly to changing delivery priorities, such as urgent or time‑sensitive parcels, while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates aged between 19 and 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Own a motorbike or another motorized vehicle that meets J&T Express safety standards.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM to run the delivery app and navigation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: honest, courteous, trustworthy, and able to build rapport with customers.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new routes, city zones, and delivery procedures.
- Basic understanding of the Bali delivery area, including major neighborhoods, tourist districts, and residential zones.
- No prior delivery experience required; we provide comprehensive training for the right attitude and commitment.
