Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Pengelola Pusat Kontrol Inventaris to join our fast‑growing logistics hub in Jakarta. The role is based in the Jabodetabek area and is critical to maintaining the accuracy and safety of our inventory flow, from inbound receipt to outbound shipment. As part of a dynamic warehouse team, you will work on a shift schedule, ensuring that temperature‑sensitive products are stored correctly and that all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Verify that each delivery note (surat jalan) matches the physical goods received, identifying any discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor and record the temperature of freezers and chillers at regular intervals, ensuring compliance with temperature‑control SOPs.
- Cross‑check sales orders (SO) against physical inventory during inbound processing to prevent mismatches.
- Document over‑receipts, under‑receipts, and any bad‑stock incidents, providing clear photographic or written evidence.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and flag items that cannot be accepted for further investigation.
- Organize stock using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Measure and log temperature readings twice per shift, completing the designated forms and escalating any out‑of‑range values.
- Record disposal activities for bad stock, ensuring proper destruction procedures are followed and documented.
- Assist in periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to support overall inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies swiftly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to be placed in the Jabodetabek area and work rotating shift schedules.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- High attention to detail, ability to follow instructions meticulously, and a proactive mindset.
- Physical agility and stamina to handle inventory movements and operate within temperature‑controlled zones.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated reliability, independence, and a strong work ethic.
