Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Mobile (Marketing) – Simpang Empat to join our expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers across a wide geographic area in East Java. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing credit applications.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell the company’s mobile products to existing clients and prospect new customers within assigned territories.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer documents.
  • Prepare, review, and complete credit applications, collaborating closely with finance and underwriting teams.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, collection locations, and any additional information required for a smooth transaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Travel within the assigned region using a personal vehicle, adhering to the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or mobile marketing role; fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
  • Proven ability in B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and target‑driven selling.
  • High integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle for field work.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
