Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across various client sites such as offices, schools, and retail spaces.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely, adhering to industry best practices and environmental guidelines.
- Inspect and maintain cleaning tools, report any malfunctions, and ensure supplies are stocked for uninterrupted service.
- Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize daily work orders, ensuring that high‑traffic areas are serviced during optimal times.
- Document completed tasks in daily logs, noting any irregularities or additional client requests for follow‑up.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, sharing responsibilities and providing assistance during peak periods or special projects.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, including proper uniform presentation, punctuality, and respectful interaction with clients.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a similar cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a disciplined work attitude.
- Strong teamwork abilities; capable of collaborating with diverse groups to achieve common goals.
- Basic understanding of hygiene standards, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
