Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate grain‑based dishes according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and seasoning levels to ensure product consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen and workstations, performing daily deep‑cleaning and routine inspections.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving raw materials, rotating stock, and reporting shortages or quality issues.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor and quality assurance team to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and hygiene practices.
- Document daily production logs, temperature charts, and incident reports accurately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and occupational standards, promptly addressing any hazards or non‑conformities.
- Participate in weekly menu development meetings, offering creative input on new grain‑based product concepts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably in a high‑volume or industrial kitchen setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Cooking techniques and flavor balancing for grain‑based meals.

- Team collaboration and effective communication.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
