Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Gender: Female (preference based on client specifications).
- At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within consumer goods or retail sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of building wide‑ranging professional networks.
- Proficiency in using social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for business promotion and community engagement.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.
- Own a two‑wheel motor vehicle with a valid SIM C and a clean driving record.
- Possess an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for on‑the‑go campaign management.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Purwokerto Utara, Baturaden, and neighboring areas, including local culture and consumer behavior.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
