Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the current shift schedule requires a male presence for specific client demographics.
- At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in haircutting, shaving, and basic grooming.
- Demonstrated ability to follow client instructions accurately and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sense of punctuality, honesty, and discipline in both time management and work ethic.
- Proficiency in basic barbershop hygiene practices, including tool sterilization and workstation sanitation.
