Introduction

Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain a high‑performing network of agents, ensuring they are fully registered and compliant with company standards.
- Design and deliver compelling financing offers for cash‑out loans using motor vehicle or automobile BPKB as collateral.
- Conduct thorough feasibility surveys of prospective customers to assess creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
- Monitor and follow up on customer installments during the first nine months, providing proactive support to reduce delinquency rates.
- Establish and nurture strong communication channels with potential customers, guiding them through the application process and building trust.
- Collaborate with leasing companies and banks to develop joint marketing campaigns and secure favorable financing terms.
- Analyze market trends in the automotive financing sector and propose strategic adjustments to stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare regular performance reports on agent activity, loan disbursement volumes, and collection metrics for senior management.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for agents to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness.
- Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards, including clean SLIK (Credit Information System) records.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, agent management, or automotive financing.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication abilities; proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
- Industry Connections: Existing network with leasing firms or banks is highly desirable.
- Location: Residency in Jonggol, Bogor regency, or surrounding areas.
- Credit Standing: Clean SLIK record (no adverse credit findings).
