Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for WiFi solutions through market research, cold calling, and on‑site prospecting.
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and online demonstrations to showcase product features, performance benchmarks, and pricing options.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline by following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and providing timely quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure seamless hand‑over to the installation team.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, answering technical questions, and providing post‑sale support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the company CRM system.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest WiFi technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to confidently address customer concerns.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Age: 18 – 45 years old; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for field visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong self‑motivation, time‑management, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic understanding of WiFi technology, networking concepts, and home/office connectivity solutions (training will be provided).
- Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with smartphones, basic office software, and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) and occasional evenings for customer appointments.
