Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Store Leader (Pimpinan Toko) for our flagship outlet in Ponorogo. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on store management to ensure that every customer experience aligns with our brand promise of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive male professional, under 40 years old, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of proven retail management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary store team to achieve the company’s vision, which includes targets for sales revenue, service quality, inventory management, and customer safety and comfort.
- Develop weekly and monthly operational plans, track key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Make swift, data‑driven decisions on staffing, merchandising, and promotions to respond to market trends and store performance.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, oversee inventory control, and ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver an “Excellent Service” experience by coaching staff on communication, body language, and customer engagement techniques.
- Coordinate shift schedules, ensuring coverage for both morning and afternoon shifts (09:00 – 21:00, Tuesday to Sunday).
- Implement loss‑prevention measures and uphold store safety protocols to protect both customers and employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular training sessions, feedback loops, and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Experience: At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods or e‑commerce setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory control systems, category management, data analysis, sales forecasting, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication (verbal and non‑verbal), high emotional intelligence, adaptability to technology, and the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
- Personal Traits: High integrity, disciplined work ethic, physical and mental health, polished appearance, optimism, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Availability: Willingness to work both morning and afternoon shifts, with a work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday.
