Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan B2B – Jawa Tengah to lead the acquisition and development of strategic partnerships with dealers, large workshops, and corporate fleet operators. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment while representing a trusted brand in the automotive aftermarket.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B leads throughout the Central Java region, using a mix of cold calling, networking events, and market research.
- Present and sell a portfolio of premium engine oils, transmission fluids, and spare parts to vehicle dealers, large‑scale workshops, and corporate fleet customers such as transport groups, rental companies, and logistics providers.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to prospective and existing clients to deepen relationships, understand their inventory needs, and provide technical product support.
- Prepare compelling price quotations, product presentations, and negotiate contract terms that align with both client expectations and company profitability goals.
- Maintain long‑term partnerships by delivering exceptional post‑sale service, monitoring stock levels, and proactively proposing repeat‑order opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by senior management, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
- Compile daily activity reports, update the sales pipeline, and track deal progress using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics, administrative, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and accurate invoicing.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to help refine product positioning and promotional tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3/S1 degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, lubricant, spare‑part, or FMCG sectors.
- Established network of contacts among vehicle dealers, large workshops, or corporate fleet managers is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct field canvassing, negotiate contracts, and close deals with confidence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a persuasive negotiation style.
- Valid SIM C/A and personal vehicle (preferred) to support frequent travel across the region.
- Willingness to be mobile and flexible, covering the entire Central Java area, Monday to Friday, 08:30‑17:30.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in sales administration tools.
