Responsibilities
- Represent Kenken Superfries at in‑store promotions, trade shows, festivals, and pop‑up events, delivering engaging product demonstrations.
- Engage with customers, explain product benefits, and encourage trial purchases to boost short‑term sales.
- Collect and compile real‑time sales data, feedback, and competitor observations for weekly reporting.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure promotional materials, samples, and merchandise are stocked and displayed correctly.
- Adapt promotional tactics based on local market trends, seasonal demand, and consumer insights.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand’s image while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support the planning and execution of special events both within the city and in surrounding regions, including transportation of equipment and setup.
- Assist in training new promotional staff, sharing best practices for customer interaction and sales techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels of promotional stock and communicate replenishment needs to the supply chain team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales promotion, retail, or event marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a collaborative mindset—team players preferred over solo operators.
- Flexibility to travel for events, including destinations outside the city, and willingness to work variable hours.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and the ability to compile concise sales reports.
