Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its field operations in Saumlaki. We are seeking a diligent Surveyor Lapangan to join our branch team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our customer data and supporting the credit verification process that underpins our lending activities. The successful candidate will work directly from the Adira Saumlaki branch, adhering to a Monday‑Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site verification of customer data, ensuring all information matches official documentation and internal standards.
- Collect, compile, and input field data into the company’s credit management system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Credit Analyst team to resolve discrepancies and provide clarifications on field findings.
- Perform regular follow‑up visits to verify the continued validity of customer information, especially for high‑risk accounts.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and submit them within established timelines.
- Assist in the assessment of collateral assets, taking photographs and recording condition reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support branch initiatives by providing field insights that help improve risk assessment models.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on credit processes, regulatory updates, and effective negotiation techniques.
- Represent Adira Finance in a professional manner during interactions with customers, local authorities, and partner institutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting.
- Age not exceeding 29 years at the time of application.
- At least one year of experience in field verification, credit monitoring, or related multifinance activities (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using mobile data collection tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Adira Saumlaki branch according to domicile requirements.
- Availability to work the regular shift of 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Saturday.
