Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Proyek Wilayah Papua to lead and coordinate multiple projects across the Papua region. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between our executive leadership, vendors, and clients, ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, manage cross‑functional teams, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in a fast‑moving, culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project activities, ensuring that each task aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to set priorities, allocate resources, and track progress toward key milestones.
  • Prepare, propose, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline while supporting innovative solutions.
  • Establish realistic timelines, create detailed project schedules, and adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of project deliverables by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and on‑site personnel.
  • Implement organized file‑management systems, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date, secure, and easily accessible.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to clients and stakeholders through clear, concise reporting.
  • Gather client requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and verify that outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Lead project review meetings, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve processes for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education in business, engineering, or related fields is a plus.
  • Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a focus on competency rather than seniority.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No minimum years of experience required, but demonstrated ability to manage tasks or lead small teams is advantageous.
  • Key Skills:
    • Design Thinking – ability to approach problems creatively and develop user‑centric solutions.
    • Strong communication – both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and internal coordination.
    • Organizational prowess – excellent file‑management and documentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset – capable of budgeting, timeline creation, and risk analysis.
    • Leadership and teamwork – ability to motivate vendors and collaborate closely with senior management.
    • Adaptability – comfortable working in the unique cultural and logistical landscape of Papua.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
