Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately, adhering strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
- Maintain a welcoming and courteous demeanor, fostering positive relationships with each guest and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to quality, temperature, and plating standards, guaranteeing a satisfying dining experience.
- Monitor and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, kitchen workstations, and storage zones, throughout each shift.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and notifying management of low stock levels to prevent service disruptions.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and to support a cooperative team environment.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling, personal sanitation, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
