Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Sales Strategis & Pengembangan Bisnis to join our rapidly expanding team. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping the sales roadmap, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across our diversified market segments. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and product development to align sales initiatives with the company’s long‑term strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales strategy that targets both existing and untapped markets.
  • Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, potential threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing—while ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and channel distributors.
  • Set realistic sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and produce regular forecasts and reports for executive review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and lead‑generation activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a junior sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
  • Identify and evaluate new business development initiatives, including strategic alliances and joint ventures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards throughout all sales activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to raise brand visibility and generate pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales management or business development role.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Quick learner with a talent for adapting to new technologies, market dynamics, and pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
