Responsibilities

- Maintain punctuality and reliability by adhering to a rotating schedule that includes both daytime and nighttime shifts, Monday through Saturday.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to integrate promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events into live sessions.
- Monitor real‑time comments, respond promptly, and cultivate a positive, inclusive community atmosphere.
- Track performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and conversion data, providing weekly reports to management.
- Ensure a professional on‑camera appearance, utilizing provided wardrobe, makeup, and lighting equipment.
- Adapt quickly to trending topics and platform updates, continuously refining streaming techniques for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 30 years; female candidates only.
- Open to all education levels – high school diploma, associate degree, or higher is acceptable.
- Attractive personal presentation with a cheerful, energetic personality that resonates on camera.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, enabling clear interaction with a diverse audience.
