Introduction
The Consultant Sales (PIK) – Client Solutions Specialist is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales team, focused on driving growth for our premium beauty, fitness, and makeup services. Based in the vibrant Bassura City, the successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, delivering tailored consultations, managing relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including digital platforms, local events, and personal networking.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement personalized follow‑up strategies, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and schedule reminders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting our service portfolio and upselling complementary products.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecast performance, and provide insights to management for strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Participate in continuous training programs to sharpen both soft and hard skills, staying current with industry trends and new treatment offerings.
- Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, and partnership meetings to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a college degree or diploma in any field is a plus.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry, with a strong track record of sales achievement.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust quickly.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle customer objections with empathy.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work a full schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, and willingness to be based in Bassura City.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or sales management software.
