Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Accounting and Financial Analysis Manager to join our rapidly growing Food & Beverage (F&B) group in Solo, Central Java. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and corporate policies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business planning.
- Conduct detailed cost‑benefit analyses for new menu launches, restaurant expansions, and capital investment projects.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and treasury activities to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, addressing auditor inquiries and implementing recommended improvements.
- Lead a small team of junior accountants, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Implement and continuously improve accounting systems and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns, statutory reports, and compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age between 20–23 years, preferably unmarried.
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; high school (SMA/SMK) considered only if accompanied by relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting, with a strong foundational understanding of accounting principles.
- Prior experience in the F&B sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance, high integrity, and a trustworthy character.
- Dynamic, friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to be based in Solo, Central Java, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Zahir, or similar).
