Introduction
The Marketing Communication Specialist (MarComm) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand’s voice across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for developing integrated marketing communication strategies that boost brand awareness, drive sales, and reinforce a consistent brand image. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Produce compelling content for social media, website pages, email newsletters, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Design and oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, infographics, press releases, and video scripts.
- Coordinate with internal design, sales, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and timely execution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media outlets, and vendors to amplify campaign reach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; generate actionable insights and regular performance reports.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all communications adhere to established visual and tonal standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategy.
- Support event promotion, product launches, and public relations activities as needed.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing communication, digital campaigns, or related fields.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
- Strong writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Analytical thinking – comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into recommendations.
