Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operational flow is uninterrupted, coordinating with front‑of‑house staff to meet service targets.
- Conduct thorough checks and reconciliations of product quantities against inventory records to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Update stock levels, inventory logs, and inbound shipment data in real‑time using the hub’s management system.
- Prepare and submit routine operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as waste, turnover, and order accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, regularly sanitising workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health‑safety standards.
- Execute the full cooking process—from raw ingredient preparation to plating finished menu items—ensuring consistency and quality.
- Pre‑stage all necessary ingredients, sauces, and garnishes ahead of service to streamline kitchen workflow.
- Perform comprehensive pre‑shift preparations, including equipment checks, ingredient portioning, and workstation setup.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to manage peak‑time pressures, adapt menus, and implement special promotions.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and recipe execution.
Requirements
- Willingness to be stationed across any ASTRO Hub location, with flexibility for shift‑based work schedules.
- Male or female candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least one year of proven experience in the F&B sector, preferably in a kitchen or barista role.
- Strong attention to detail, quick reflexes, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team‑oriented setting.
- Excellent time‑management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks during high‑volume periods.
