- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and hands‑on workshops to showcase features and benefits.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure popular items are always available.
- Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a tidy, well‑organized sales floor.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with individual customers, hobbyists, and professional photographers.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing department for promotional planning.
- Participate in rolling shift schedules, including weekends and national holidays, to ensure continuous store coverage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, attend brand trainings, and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or photography retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honest, friendly, polite, and highly communicative.
- Deep enthusiasm for photography and videography, with the ability to operate digital cameras confidently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to work a rolling schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
