Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive – Brand Strategy & Campaign Lead to join our fast‑growing paint manufacturing company, Supercoat Indonesia. The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador for our water‑based and solvent‑based paint lines, driving brand awareness, cultivating strong relationships with distributors, and delivering consistent sales growth across the DKI Jakarta market. This role offers a blend of field sales, strategic planning, and hands‑on campaign execution, ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a target‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular sales visits to building material stores, construction projects, and distribution partners to present product portfolios.
  • Demonstrate and explain technical specifications of water‑based and solvent‑based paints, tailoring messaging to the needs of contractors, architects, and DIY customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity and sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis, using CRM tools to track leads, pipelines, and performance against targets.
  • Support the achievement of monthly sales targets set by senior management through proactive prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams to provide market feedback, assist in the creation of promotional materials, and launch localized campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, recommending adjustments to pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry seminars, and customer workshops to enhance brand visibility and professional networking.

Requirements

  • Male candidates aged 20‑40 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in paint sales (wall and oil‑based products) or a related construction material sector.
  • Strong communication skills, a results‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driving licence.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the DKI Jakarta market, including key distributors, retail outlets, and construction projects.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports, using Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to articulate technical product benefits in simple, customer‑focused language.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with marketing, logistics, and product development teams.
