PT. Global Sekawan Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic Marketing Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing interior finishing division. The company supplies a comprehensive range of building‑material products, including commercial carpet tiles and premium wallpaper, to designers, trade partners, hotels, and design‑focused residential consumers. This role offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and client‑service responsibilities in a vibrant, design‑driven environment located in Jakarta West.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping and proactively present product portfolios to prospects via telephone outreach, on‑site visits, and virtual demonstrations.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers while expanding the existing client base across commercial, hospitality, and residential segments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling, tailored presentations, and effective negotiation.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end‑users to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design‑industry demands to recommend new business opportunities and product enhancements.
- Generate and process invoices, handle billing documentation, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics personnel to oversee order fulfillment, packaging, and on‑time delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, design expos, and client workshops to showcase the company’s product range and strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and field observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; D3 candidates will also be considered.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the interior‑finishing, construction, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical product details in an engaging manner.
- Target‑oriented mindset; comfortable working under pressure and meeting aggressive sales quotas.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and personal two‑wheel vehicle are highly desirable.
- Residency in Jakarta Barat (West Jakarta) or willingness to relocate.
