Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Merchandiser Produk Internal to join our dynamic team in the Kabupaten Grobogan area. This role focuses on optimizing the presentation, availability, and performance of our internal product lines across various retail outlets. As a key player in our sales and marketing ecosystem, you will collaborate closely with sales, supply‑chain, and store management to ensure that our brand maintains a strong shelf presence and drives consistent growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekly merchandising schedules, ensuring that product displays align with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, shelf space allocation, and product placement, documenting any gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement localized sales strategies that boost turnover and market share.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, highlighting key metrics such as sell‑through rates, inventory turns, and planogram compliance.
- Train store staff on product features, merchandising standards, and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to roll out new product launches, in‑store promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to recommend adjustments in merchandising tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, expenses, and travel logs in accordance with company policies.
- Provide feedback to product development and procurement teams regarding consumer preferences and packaging effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any field; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain is advantageous.
- Active proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to interpret promotional materials and communicate with head office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with store managers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Grobogan and travel frequently to retail locations within the region.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to handle multiple store visits and reporting deadlines.
- Problem‑solving orientation, capable of addressing on‑site challenges such as stockouts or display inconsistencies.
