Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Eksekutif Penjualan B2B to join our fast‑growing education solutions provider in Gorontalo, Indonesia. The successful candidate will act as the primary bridge between our tutoring program and schools, crafting strategic partnerships that expand our reach and deliver measurable student outcomes. This role demands a professional demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a target‑oriented environment with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential school partners that would benefit from our student‑support and bimbingan belajar (bimbel) programs.
  • Conduct on‑site presentations to school administrators and decision‑makers, articulating the value proposition of our services with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop customized proposals, draft cooperation agreements, negotiate pricing structures, and define operational frameworks that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with internal curriculum, operations, and customer‑success teams to tailor program delivery to each school’s specific requirements.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, track progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide regular forecasting reports to senior management.
  • Foster long‑term relationships with school clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels, timely issue resolution, and opportunities for upselling or program expansion.
  • Represent the company at educational fairs, workshops, and community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes affecting the education sector, and feed insights back to product development.

Requirements

  • Male, Muslim candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from a recognized university, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, ideally within the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with senior school officials.
  • Strong analytical mindset for market research, lead qualification, and sales performance analysis.
  • Highly mobile, comfortable with frequent travel across Gorontalo and surrounding regions; possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Personal attributes: non‑smoker, healthy lifestyle, and no ongoing romantic relationships that could interfere with professional commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
