Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Senior Operational and Administration Employee to join our growing mobile coffee team in Lubuk Begalung, Padang, West Sumatra. This position is a pivotal link between our customers, the coffee preparation crew, and the broader business operations. As a senior member of the field team, you will ensure that our Kopi Keliling service runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while delivering a premium coffee experience to the community.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily routes for electric‑bike coffee vending, optimizing travel time and coverage of high‑traffic areas.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, cups, and other consumables, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating restocking with the warehouse.
- Maintain and service electric bicycles, performing routine checks on battery life, brakes, and safety equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports for accurate financial tracking.
- Provide exemplary customer service, greeting patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and a smile.
- Train and mentor junior riders on best practices for coffee preparation, equipment handling, and safe riding techniques.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop promotional activities, seasonal menu items, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including sales performance, route efficiency, and incident logs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and personal protective equipment usage.
- Participate in community outreach events to promote the brand and build strong local relationships.
Requirements
- Male, aged 20‑30 years, and unmarried.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kg and ride an electric bicycle for extended periods.
- Valid motorbike license and proficient riding skills.
- Residency in Lubuk Begalung or surrounding areas of Padang, West Sumatra.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and daily sales reconciliation.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Familiarity with store management systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
