Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Merchandiser Sales and Product Management professional to join our fast‑growing FMCG/Personal Care team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our market presence by ensuring optimal product visibility, executing compelling in‑store promotions, and driving sales growth across assigned territories. This full‑time position operates Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers a supportive environment where ambition and creativity are rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Visit retail outlets within the designated area to ensure that products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to brand guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain eye‑catching merchandising solutions such as end‑cap displays, shelf talkers, and promotional stands.
  • Collaborate with store managers and key account personnel to negotiate placement, secure prime shelf space, and launch seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the sales and logistics teams.
  • Collect and analyse point‑of‑sale data, sales trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for the regional sales manager.
  • Prepare detailed visit reports, including photos and performance metrics, using the company’s CRM system.
  • Conduct product training sessions for retail staff, focusing on product benefits, usage, and upselling techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and suggest new merchandising concepts that align with market demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle and ensure it is equipped with necessary promotional materials.
  • Adhere to all company policies, health and safety standards, and represent the brand with professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (all majors accepted).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG or Personal Care sales; merchandising experience is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail display standards and the ability to execute visual merchandising plans.
  • Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the assigned territory.
  • Preferably resides within the target area to maximize coverage efficiency.
  • Excellent public speaking skills and confidence when presenting to store personnel and customers.
  • Quick adaptability to changing market conditions, promotional calendars, and product launches.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
