Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Manajemen Inventaris IT to join our dynamic team in Kab. Grobogan, Central Java. This pivotal role oversees the efficient management of IT inventory within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment that utilizes advanced ERP solutions and adheres to the latest customs regulations (Ceisa 4.0). The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the warehouse, IT department, and production floor, ensuring that all hardware, software licenses, and peripheral equipment are accurately tracked, maintained, and available when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve inventory control procedures for all IT assets, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and consumables.
  • Coordinate with the ERP implementation team to integrate inventory data into the company’s manufacturing ERP system, guaranteeing real‑time visibility of stock levels.
  • Conduct regular physical counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory records, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations (Ceisa 4.0).
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff and end‑users on proper handling, storage, and documentation of IT equipment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stock‑out incidents, and asset utilization, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure all inventory activities comply with K3 (health and safety) standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for internal audit and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any field; a degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in IT inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems used in manufacturing and familiarity with Indonesian customs procedures (Ceisa 4.0).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English; ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using inventory management software.
  • Demonstrated awareness of K3 health and safety principles, with a track record of implementing safe work practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; capable of motivating a diverse team and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kab. Grobogan, Central Java, and work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
