As a Business Partner, you will act as the face of Amartha Sangir, promoting our loan products, assisting borrowers, and expanding our network of trusted partners. The position offers a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and clear pathways for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential micro‑entrepreneurs and individual borrowers within assigned territories.
- Conduct on‑site visits to assess loan eligibility, gather necessary documentation, and explain product features.
- Maintain a daily activity log, track leads in the CRM system, and report progress to the regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, community outreach programs, and financial education workshops.
- Provide timely follow‑up with existing clients to ensure loan repayments and address any service concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to Amartha’s compliance and risk‑management policies.
- Represent the company at local fairs, market days, and other networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through internal training sessions.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
- Own a reliable motorbike for daily field visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Basic analytical ability to evaluate sales data and customer feedback.
- Willingness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract.
- Open to working Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 19:00.
