Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Guru Pendidikan TK IT AIS dan Diniyah (Akhwat) to join our vibrant learning community. This full‑time teaching position is based at Al‑Islamic School (AIS), a well‑established institution that blends modern information technology (IT) curriculum with traditional Diniyah (Islamic) education for early childhood and primary learners. The role offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, allowing ample time for lesson preparation, student mentorship, and collaboration with fellow educators. Candidates must respect the school’s cultural guidelines regarding gender‑specific classrooms and demonstrate a genuine commitment to the holistic development of both akhwat (female) and ikhwan (male) students.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons for TK, SD, and SMP levels that align with AIS’s IT and Diniyah curricula.
  • Prepare structured teaching materials, worksheets, and digital resources to support varied learning styles.
  • Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Facilitate thematic and religious activities, ensuring that Islamic values are woven seamlessly into everyday learning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: S1/D4 in Education or a related field, preferably with a focus on early childhood, primary education, or Islamic studies.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching TK, SD, or SMP levels; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcome.
  • Solid understanding of both the national IT curriculum and Diniyah (Islamic) educational frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English; ability to convey concepts clearly to young learners.
  • Patience, discipline, high dedication, and a genuine passion for nurturing children’s intellectual and spiritual growth.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development, including teacher training programs and certification courses.
  • Compliance with AIS’s gender‑specific classroom policies and respect for the school’s cultural norms.
