Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to retailers and end‑users.
- Introduce, market, and sell tobacco products to retail partners, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing proactive sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
- Build and nurture professional, integrity‑driven relationships with customers to secure long‑term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, emerging trends, and competitive activities within assigned territories.
- Negotiate pricing, promotional terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining profitability.
- Collect and update supplier and retailer data for each assigned area, ensuring accurate reporting for logistics and inventory planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales volume.
- Utilize sales analysis tools to track progress, generate insights, and adjust tactics as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies regarding conduct, punctuality, and vehicle usage.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – S1 degree in any discipline preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or tobacco industry; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
- Active Class C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Android smartphone with minimum 2 GB RAM for CRM and communication tools.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation, market research, and data‑analysis capabilities.
- Honest, innovative, and presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in sales administration, analytical tools, and sales management software.
