Introduction
Elabram Systems, a leading provider of technology and business solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated HR PIC (Person In Charge) for its Pasuruan and Probolinggo sites. This full‑time position will serve as the primary human‑resources point of contact on the ground, ensuring that all HR processes align with corporate policies, local labor regulations, and the operational needs of the site. The role offers a dynamic work environment where the successful candidate will interact directly with line managers, field staff, and senior leadership to foster a compliant, engaged, and high‑performing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HR administrative records, including employee data, contracts, attendance, and leave balances.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for site‑specific vacancies, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies, handling inquiries, and mediating conflicts.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., labor law, BPJS) across the site.
- Oversee onboarding processes, preparing new‑hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and integrating employees into the company culture.
- Manage off‑boarding activities, including exit interviews, final settlements, and the proper return of company assets.
- Coordinate payroll preparation, BPJS contributions, and other benefit administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Identify and address disciplinary issues early, applying progressive discipline procedures while respecting legal standards.
- Prepare and submit regular HR metrics and reports, such as headcount, turnover, and training effectiveness, to senior management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and site‑specific HR projects that promote morale and retention.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as an HR Generalist, HR Site Officer, or HR Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or field‑based environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with HRIS or payroll software is a plus.
- Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS regulations, and standard HR operational practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactive attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently on‑site.
- Additional Assets: Experience handling operational/field employees, basic English proficiency, and prior involvement in employee engagement or training programs.
- Location: Willingness to be stationed permanently at the Pasuruan or Probolinggo site and travel occasionally to nearby locations.
