We are seeking motivated, reliable couriers to join our dynamic team and help ensure that parcels reach customers quickly and safely. As a Kurir J&T Wilayah Nganjuk, you will be the face of our brand on the road, representing our commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collect packages from J&T hubs and deliver them to residential or commercial addresses within the assigned Nganjuk coverage area.
- Plan efficient daily routes using navigation tools while adhering to traffic regulations and delivery time windows.
- Handle parcels with care, performing checks for correct labeling, documentation, and package integrity.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs in the mobile application, confirming receipt signatures and updating package status in real time.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding any delivery issues, delays, or special handling instructions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly delivery targets set by the operations manager.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure the courier’s motorcycle or car is kept clean and road‑worthy.
- Assist in occasional promotional activities, such as door‑to‑door flyer distribution or collection drives, as directed by the regional supervisor.
- Provide feedback to the operations team on route challenges, customer complaints, or suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorbike or car.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run J&T’s delivery application.
- Strong sense of loyalty, honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Ability to work under a target‑oriented system and meet performance metrics.
- Basic mapping and area‑knowledge skills; familiarity with Nganjuk’s streets and neighborhoods is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to work six days a week, Monday through Sunday, with standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
