This role is a pivotal front‑line position within our credit financing division, responsible for generating new business, nurturing dealer partnerships, and guiding customers through the loan application process. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers across retail, automotive, and small‑business segments to build a robust pipeline of credit financing leads.
- Present and explain our portfolio of financing products—such as vehicle loans, equipment leases, and consumer credit—tailoring solutions to meet each client’s financial goals.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with dealerships, automotive partners, and other referral sources, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that expand market reach.
- Collect, verify, and assess customer documentation (identification, income statements, credit reports) to ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare accurate loan proposals and submit them for underwriting review, following up diligently to expedite approval timelines.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to senior management and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with approved customers to ensure smooth disbursement of funds and to foster long‑term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, events, and dealer workshops that increase product visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, up to 35 years of age.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required, though a background in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong active communication skills with the ability to persuade and build trust.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills for handling documentation and meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems) and comfort with digital documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday‑Saturday workdays (08:00‑17:00).
