Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty therapies, including facial treatments, body massages, and skin rejuvenation procedures, following company protocols.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand skin concerns, health history, and aesthetic goals, then recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized according to health regulations.
- Accurately document each client’s treatment history, preferences, and post‑treatment care instructions in the salon’s digital system.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry through regular training and self‑study.
- Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, receptionists, and product specialists to create a seamless client journey.
- Manage inventory of consumables, reorder supplies when necessary, and report any equipment issues to the manager promptly.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills when addressing client concerns or unexpected situations.
- Promote and sell recommended skincare and beauty products, contributing to the branch’s sales targets.
- Adhere to the established work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible to work at any branch location as needed.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑28 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; any study field is accepted.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills; friendly, approachable, and able to build trust with clients.
- High energy level, self‑motivation, and the initiative to take on new challenges.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and beauty treatments.
- Non‑smoker, with no criminal record.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically and mentally healthy; able to stand for extended periods.
- Not currently enrolled in another academic program or employed elsewhere.
- Open to relocation or assignment to any of our branch locations nationwide.
