We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Area Bekasi to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on expanding our market presence in the Bekasi region by actively promoting our financial products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sales activities, including door‑to‑door canvassing, to introduce and sell the company’s financial products to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management through effective prospecting, follow‑up, and closing techniques.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses to assess customer creditworthiness and product suitability.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, credit, and operations teams to streamline the sales process and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market briefings to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and competitive trends.
- Represent the company at local events, community gatherings, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 32 years old (no upper age limit specified).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though experience in the credit or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing client eligibility.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and quick learning in a changing market.
- Licenses & Assets: Valid SIM‑C driver’s license, ownership of a two‑wheel motor vehicle for local travel.
- Location: Willingness to work within the Bekasi area.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
