Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staf Penagihan Lapangan to join our dynamic team in Pemalang. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding installments from our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be able to meet performance targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly collection activities by reaching out to customers with overdue payments using phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and on‑site visits.
- Visit customer locations in the assigned territory to verify payment status, collect installments, and provide courteous reminders about upcoming due dates.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with company procedures, helping customers resolve arrears while preserving the business relationship.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection attempts, payments received, and any agreements reached, using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and trends for management review.
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and uphold ethical collection practices to protect the company’s reputation.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to share insights that may prevent future delinquencies.
- Monitor and understand the local market dynamics and geographic nuances of the Pemalang region to improve collection efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on regulatory changes, negotiation techniques, and effective communication strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational needs).
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, credit control, or a related role; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C driver’s license.
- Willingness to work in the field with a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proven ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Good understanding of the local area and the ability to navigate it efficiently.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical collection standards.
