Responsibilities
- Operate assigned taxi vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to every passenger, ensuring a pleasant journey from pickup to drop‑off.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools to select the most efficient routes, avoid congestion, and meet estimated arrival times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections, routine cleaning, and timely reporting of any issues.
- Handle cash, electronic payments, and receipts accurately, following company procedures for fare calculation and transaction recording.
- Assist passengers with luggage, provide information about local attractions, and respond to special requests whenever possible.
- Attend daily on‑site testing sessions (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑12:00) to demonstrate driving competence and knowledge of navigation tools.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to coordinate pickups, manage schedules, and resolve any service disruptions.
- Promote safety by encouraging the use of seat belts, adhering to speed limits, and reporting any hazardous road conditions.
- Continuously improve service quality by participating in training programs and staying updated on industry best practices.
Requirements
- Age: 21‑55 years.
- Education: Open to candidates of any educational background; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Smartphone: Own an Android phone (minimum Android 10) with at least 4 GB RAM to run navigation and communication apps.
- Appearance: No visible tattoos or body piercings that could affect professional image.
- Navigation Skills: Proficient with Google Maps and able to adapt quickly to traffic changes.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, capable of interacting politely with a diverse passenger base.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest service, including handling inquiries and resolving minor complaints.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance at daily testing sessions and consistent adherence to scheduled shifts (Monday‑Sunday, starting at 03:00).
- Driving Experience: No minimum experience required; however, a clean driving record and willingness to learn are essential.
- Legal Eligibility: Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) and up‑to‑date vehicle registration.
