We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our growing team in Palembang. This pivotal role focuses on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with dealers and borrowers while overseeing the credit marketing process from initial documentation to final approval. The successful candidate will play a key part in expanding our market presence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the financial health of our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain productive relationships with dealers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth credit transactions.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation and data required for on‑site surveys and credit assessments.
- Conduct thorough credit feasibility surveys, verifying the legal authenticity of borrower documents and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Perform detailed credit analysis, evaluating risk factors, repayment capacity, and collateral adequacy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract high‑quality borrowers and increase dealer engagement.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to ensure all credit proposals adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide regular reports on credit performance, market trends, and dealer feedback to senior management.
- Utilize a personal motor vehicle and active SIM C to travel to dealer locations and borrower sites as needed.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
- Prior experience in marketing within a financing or leasing company is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities: detail‑oriented, critical thinker, diligent, resilient, loyal, and disciplined.
- High level of integrity and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Solid understanding of the financing industry, credit products, and risk assessment methodologies.
