Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving business growth through innovative online strategies. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms, while continuously measuring performance against key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance and trends of social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement follower‑growth and engagement strategies that align with brand voice and market positioning.
  • Manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Conduct precise audience targeting, retargeting, and look‑alike modeling to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Interpret key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) and produce weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Perform competitive research and monitor market trends to keep the brand ahead of industry shifts.
  • Design and refine funnel marketing strategies—from awareness to consideration, purchase, and loyalty—ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and product teams to craft compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that boost conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined budgeting process, scaling successful campaigns while controlling costs.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging digital tools to keep the strategy cutting‑edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably with a proven track record of managing Meta and TikTok ad accounts.
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and act upon campaign data and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and how they impact organic reach and paid performance.
  • Creative mindset for concepting campaigns, ad copy, and visual assets.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, meeting aggressive performance targets, and reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and real‑project experience are welcome.
  • Technical skills:
    • Facebook Business Manager
    • TikTok Ads Manager
    • Google Analytics (preferred)
    • Basic copywriting and funnel marketing knowledge
    • A/B testing, pixel implementation, and tracking setup
    • Budget planning and ad scaling techniques
  • Soft skills:
    • Adaptability to rapid market changes
    • Strong communication and visual storytelling abilities
