Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Bimbingan Belajar (Bimbel) Senior to join our educational team and provide high‑quality tutoring for senior high school (SMA/MA) students in the Kesamben area. This role is ideal for a motivated Muslim female professional, aged 30 or younger, who possesses strong academic foundations, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire confidence in young learners. As a senior tutor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students’ academic trajectories, helping them master core subjects, develop effective study habits, and achieve their personal educational goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons in subjects taught at the elementary (SD/MI) level that support high school students’ foundational knowledge.
- Design and implement individualized learning plans that address each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide detailed feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to maximize student progress.
- Collaborate closely with fellow tutors and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance metrics.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Uphold the institution’s values of honesty, discipline, and responsibility both inside and outside the classroom.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
- Commit to a minimum six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and institutional needs.
- Choose and adhere to one of the two available shift options: 09:30‑13:30 (Shift 1) or 15:00‑19:00 (Shift 2), ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Female (Muslim) candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates currently pursuing a university degree (Mahasiswa) or holding a S1 are highly encouraged.
- Demonstrated honesty, strong discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Proficiency in teaching elementary‑level subjects (SD/MI) that complement high school curricula.
- Willingness to sign a contract of at least six months.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexible shift selection as noted above.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Passion for educational development and a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching methodology.
