To fuel its next phase of growth, SIP is seeking a dynamic Corporate Business Acquisition Specialist for its Denpasar head office. This role is the frontline catalyst for B2B expansion, responsible for building lasting partnerships with corporate clients, fleet owners, financial institutions, and other strategic stakeholders in the automotive ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, including fleet operators, banks, multifinance companies, and large‑scale rental firms.
- Design and deliver compelling business proposals, conduct persuasive presentations, and lead negotiations that secure long‑term contracts.
- Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships that align with SIP’s growth objectives and create mutual value.
- Expand the corporate client portfolio by continuously prospecting, networking at industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Perform market and competitive analysis to track automotive trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes that influence acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, operations, finance, and product development—to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new partners.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline volume, win‑rate, and revenue contribution, reporting results to senior leadership.
- Travel mobile as required to meet prospects across Indonesia, with a primary focus on the Denpasar market and surrounding regions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D4/S1 degree (all majors accepted).
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in B2B or corporate marketing, preferably within the used‑vehicle, multifinance, banking, or rental sectors.
- Network: Strong, well‑established relationships with decision‑makers in the automotive and financial industries.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation ability, target‑driven mindset, hunter mentality, and a results‑oriented approach.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal communication, persuasive storytelling, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Other: Open to flexible working hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and ready to join immediately.
